Julia Stebbins (She/her/hers)

As a therapist, I understand how challenging it can be to reveal your hopes, fears, and insecurities. It is a deeply personal process that is intimidating. It is my responsibility to create a space where you can reveal those feelings and thoughts without rejection or judgment. You deserve to be listened to and supported through the challenges you may face. You do not have to face them alone. It is my privilege to meet you where you are today and join you on the journey to becoming who you hope to be.
I attended Grand Valley where I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology. I later earned my Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan. There I found a passion for building connections with others. It is my privilege to learn about you and work together on your goals. Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being outside, and reading.
I work with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, and more. My approach to therapy centers on you, your hopes, your fears, and your goals for treatment. If you feel you are struggling with these issues or a different issue, feel free to call or email me. I hope to hear from you soon.
