I have a professional background in both organizational communication and customer service. Over the years, I truly believe that good communication is key to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, woodworking, and spending quality time with my family. Being in nature and discovering new trails is rejuvenating, while woodworking helps me relax and create both practical and artistic objects. Most importantly, I cherish spending time with my loved ones, whether it’s sharing a meal, playing games, or simply catching up.
