As a queer, trans therapist, my work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and authenticity. I offer a laid-back, affirming space where you can explore identity, heal from trauma, and reconnect with your true self. Using approaches like TF-CBT and Person-Centered Therapy, I meet you where you're at—with honesty, warmth, and no pressure. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating anxiety, or seeking support around gender or life transitions, I'm here to walk with you—at your pace, in your way.
I support teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, faith, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, I offer a warm, affirming space to explore your story, build resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self.
I know how hard it can be to reach out, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself. If you're ready to begin—or just curious—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path.

This gives us a chance to get to know one another, and as our work together develops, we encourage personal assessments so we can create a schedule that suits your specific needs.
