Hi, I’m Elena! I’m happy to be part of the Unity team as a Billing Specialist, helping support our clients and team with the behind-the-scenes details that help keep things running smoothly.

I know the administrative side of therapy can sometimes feel like one more thing to navigate when you already have enough on your plate. My goal is to bring the same warmth, patience, and care to those interactions that I’ve always valued at Unity. Whether you have a question or need help figuring out your next step, I want you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable reaching out.

One of the things I value most about being part of Unity is helping create an experience where people feel cared for, not just in the therapy room, but throughout their entire experience with us.

Outside of work, I love spending time with animals, hiking, watching sports, and enjoying live concerts.
