Welcome! I lead our Intake Team and also function as our practice’s Community Relations Coordinator. I love to make connections!

If you are interested in starting therapy but aren’t sure which therapist you would like to see, our intake team can give you some options based on your insurance, availability, and needs. If you are interested in starting with a specific therapist, we can help determine if they are a good fit and connect you for a first session.

If you are a local business or organization interested in partnering with us for community events, referrals, etc., I’d love to talk with you more!

My background is in marketing, administrative work, and education; I am most passionate about customer service and curating a welcoming environment for those around me.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing word games, listening to music, going to concerts, reading & researching, philosophizing, and spending time with my high-energy cat Onion (aka Sonion).
