Welcome! I lead our practice’s Intake Team. My role is to set our Intake Specialists up for success and ensure that they are setting our new clients and their therapists up for success on the administrative side of things.

Starting therapy can feel daunting! If you have questions about what therapy would entail and how it could help you, we can connect you with one of our therapists for a phone consultation before you decide whether you would like to schedule with them. 

If you are interested in starting therapy but aren’t sure which therapist you would like to see, our intake team can give you some options based on your insurance, availability, and needs. And if you are interested in starting with a specific therapist, we can help determine if they are a good fit!

My background is in administrative work, marketing, theater, and education; I am most passionate about details, information, client experience, making connections, and curating a welcoming environment for those around me. I love to identify patterns and create processes & systems that help bring order to chaos.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing word games, listening to music, going to concerts, reading novels, researching, philosophizing, and spending time with my high-energy cat Onion (aka Sonion).
