I am a pre-licensed professional. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can sort through confusing feelings and thought patterns, minimize symptoms of depression and anxiety, learn coping skills to help manage stress, and collaborate to grow your strengths.

I would love to walk with you on this journey and help you learn how to set boundaries, gain insight, and grow in self awareness.
