I genuinely enjoy working with adult men and women, as well as young adults who are ready to explore their experiences. I find great fulfillment in helping people recognize that they are not defined by anxiety, depression, or trauma, and that their lives have value and meaning. I also enjoy helping children and families develop healthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and create healthy boundaries.
