Maybe you know something in your life needs to change, but figuring out what or how to move forward feels overwhelming. I enjoy working with adults navigating changes in relationships, careers, education, identity, or other parts of life. I also work with women and adolescent girls facing anxiety, perfectionism, relationship or parenting struggles, and the pressure to balance it all. I have experience supporting adults processing childhood trauma and women discovering their neurodivergence later in life. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck and what moving forward could look like.
I believe you are the expert on yourself. My approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to you, drawing from humanistic, existential, relational, narrative, CBT, multicultural, and psychodynamic approaches. When it fits, we may also use books, poetry, music, or other creative forms of expression to explore your experiences.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you have had a negative experience with counseling before. I bring warmth, authenticity, direct communication, and a judgment free approach to our work. You do not need to know exactly where to begin. We can figure out the direction together, and you always have a say in what feels right for you.
