Maybe your relationship with food or your body is taking up more space in your life than you want it to. Or you’re navigating depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or a major life change and aren’t sure how to move forward. I especially enjoy working with young adults who are trying to better understand themselves while facing challenges that can make it difficult to feel at home in their lives. You are more than your body, your struggles, or a diagnosis. Therapy can be a place to explore what you’re carrying, reconnect with who you are, and begin moving toward the life you want.
My approach is body-inclusive, Health at Every Size® aligned, and trauma-informed. I draw from person-centered therapy, IFS, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and ERP based on what fits you. I care about the whole you and work to create a space where you feel seen, heard, accepted, and safe enough to be yourself.
You are the expert on your life, and your voice matters here. I’ll celebrate your growth, sit with you through hard moments, and gently challenge you when it may help you move forward. Starting therapy can take courage, but courage doesn’t mean being fearless. Sometimes it’s simply taking one small step while you’re scared. You don’t have to take it alone.
