I truly believe it is an honor to walk alongside my clients through change and through life. My goal is to facilitate a space that is non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe for sharing. My practice is person-centered, and based on client goals and timeline.

I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorder, and have expertise in the change process, as well as treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family issues, and trauma. I utilize a range of therapeutic interventions to help my clients create meaningful, sustainable change in their daily lives.
